B | 深圳理工大学教务长赵伟介绍，合成生物学是面向未来的重点学科方向，学校全力保障本次赛事举办，旨在为青年学子搭建合成生物学创新实践平台。 中国科学院深圳先进技术研究院院长、创新赛联合主席刘陈立表示，赛事不只是选拔优胜者，更重要的是为青年学子搭建实践平台，帮助大家把脑海中的科研创意转化为可验证、可落地的实施方案。 创新赛联合主席、深圳理工大学合成生物学院院长张先恩称，本届赛事创新性地引入产业真实难题作为学生攻关题目，推动青年科研力量对接产业实际需求，助力合成生物学创新成果落地转化。 联合国教科文组织东亚多部门地区办事处主任夏泽翰以视频形式致辞，对创新赛入选联合国教科文组织“科学促进可持续发展国际十年”全球行动予以肯定。他呼吁青年科研人员兼顾技术创新与社会生态影响，积极开展跨领域国际协作。 比赛首日，常规赛同时开启红色赛道(生物医药)、绿色赛道(环境/农业)、白色赛道(生物化工)三大赛道的比拼。 深圳理工大学参赛队伍“SUAT-CHINA”亮相红色赛道，带来“应用聚焦超声的肿瘤特异性RCD1焦亡诱导系统”项目。该团队由4名深圳理工大学本科生与1名中国科学院大学研究生组成，在合成生物学院杰出教授连祺周的指导下，针对CAR-T疗法难以攻克肝癌实体瘤的行业痛点，采用双重安全开关设计，精准诱导肿瘤细胞发生焦亡，以此打破实体瘤的免疫屏障，为难治性肿瘤治疗探索全新研究路径。 赛事期间还将开展After Party系列活动，包括合成生物学主题阵营推理游戏《质粒杀》、趣味辩论、生物主题荧光绘画体验等。
